Here’s an update on my SLIM GYM treatment!
I’ve done about 4 treatments in the past 1.5 months, and I am very happy with the results!!!
Consistency in doing the treatments is key! You will need at least 3-4 sessions to see visible results. Of course, watching what you eat will help you greatly in achieving your dream body.
The treatment is relaxing and easy. We start with our monopolar RF to break down the cellulite. Did you know that monopolar RF is the best RF technology that can reach deep into the fat layer?
Then we proceed to multipolar RF to tighten the skin. It’s important to incorporate skin tightening when doing slimming treatments. Otherwise your skin will be loose and saggy once you lose your fat! At this point, you will feel warmth on the area being treated.
The next step is to do the HIFEM. High intensity focused electromagnetic stimulation of muscles contract the muscles to give your body more shape and firmness. You will feel the contraction, but they are not painful at all!!!
In the last step, I inject a solution to the problem area to melt the fat. I call this Lipo-Dissolve. There is a bit of a pinch, because I do about 6 to 10 injection sites depending on the size of the area. Trust me! This will really burn your fat! It’s worth the pain!
